Upscaled a video (video 1) a month or so back and the video was really good. Few days ago i was upscaling another video (video 2) and the quality just didn't seem the same.

So i uploaded video 1 again yesterday to compare with the quality the first time i upscaled it. Its now half the size and isnt even close to the first time i upscaled the video.

has something changed? the not even upscaling to 4k where as the first one was 4k
