Asking for webgpu even tho browser is latest and gpu is enabled, Help

Anyone have any idea why when I upscale a video, it just gives me back audio and no video? It does say video upscaler. Not audio upscaler.

Loaded short video, took over an hour to upscale. Upscaled video was black. Sound was OK.
