Upscaled a short video transfer (mp4) and the result was unwatchable because the program was looking for an audio track. There is no audio track, it is an old home movie that is silent. Any Suggestions?

An error ocurred while processing the video: Failed to execute 'encode' on 'VideoEncoder': Cannot call 'encode' on a closed codec.

Hi I've tried https://free.upscaler.video/ for first time. The "Start Upscaling" button is not working :-( I watched my Chrome console log: Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT Maybe an extension, malwarbytes extension, addguard.. Thanks!
