Loaded short video, took over an hour to upscale. Upscaled video was black.

It seems it's not working for me since a couple of weeks
I upload a video, it seems the upscale is finished but when I check the result, the file has only 35 Kb and there's nothing on it.

Vertical videos are not compatible
Vertical videos get rotated and pressed into the same ratio 9:16
