I've uploaded a video file in 1920x1080, 25 fps, to upscale. It did upscale but it was delivered a 4K video file with 30fps. Is it possible to download the upres version in 25p?

Could you share the video by any chance? I'm not able to reproduce the issue on my end, and it may have to do with the specific video file and how it was packaged/encoded.
The free upscaling tool does following the framerate from the original video, the container fps is specified here: https://github.com/sb2702/free-ai-video-upscaler/blob/main/src/worker.js#L214
Every upscaled frame is also passed, frame for frame, with the same exact duration and timestamp, there should be a 1:1 correspondence for each from between the input and the output:
https://github.com/sb2702/free-ai-video-upscaler/blob/main/src/worker.js#L341
It uses the actual frame duration, not the video container's reported metadata (because I had issues using that in the past, some editing/encoding softwares don't report the correct framerate in the video file container)
I have this test 60fps video: https://sb2702-files.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/misc/original_60fps.mp4
It upscales to 60fps? I tried a 25fps video, and the app outputs 25fps outputs?

Could you share the video in question by any chance?
